Truth And Action, Hebrews (Part 3)

Pursuing Holiness

We can pursue holiness in our daily lives because we have been made holy through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus’ body on the cross. He gave Himself once for all for the forgiveness of sin. His sacrifice was final; nothing else is necessary for the forgiveness of sin. Jesus’ sacrifice opened the way for each of us who have been made holy by Him to enter into the very presence of our Holy God. Being free from the power of sin and death, we are able by grace to live out that holiness in our day-to-day lives. We are free to begin to live like Jesus, by the power of His Holy Spirit. Let the sacrifice of Jesus free you from sin so you may live your life in His glorious presence, bringing Him honor in everything you do, by His immeasurable grace.

Action

Receive Jesus’ sacrifice, which forever secured personal and intimate access to go (10:22). Wait eagerly for His triumphant second coming.

Be sanctified, set apart, made holy through Jesus.

May the peace of God be with you today and everyday.

If you haven’t accepted Christ as your savior yet and would like to do so, please pray these words:

“Jesus, I acknowledge I am a sinner and I am in need of salvation. Thank you for your sacrifice on the cross. Come into my heart and make me new. Thank you for your gift of eternal life. Help me to learn to walk with you now. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

If you prayed that prayer, please tell someone that can help guide you in the next steps of your relationship with Jesus.

Truth And Action, Hebrews (Part 1)

This is located in the NKJV Spirit-Filled Bible Third Edition. Hebrews talks about Godly living and I know that it can be hard sometimes I struggle with everyday. That’s why I believe what the Bible says about putting on the whole armor of God without it we are sitting ducks. It is so important to seek God through His Word that is how we learn to live Godly lives, as it says “especially in the face of intense persecution” and considering the times we live in we need God’s Word now more than ever.

Growing in Godliness

“Godly living, especially in the face of intense persecution, requires great endurance. At all times, but especially when suffering, believers are to help encourage and strengthen each other. It is vital that believers grow in maturity through both the knowledge and practice of Scripture. Leaders need prayer and cooperation. We must not fall into legalism to earn God’s favor or even relief from suffering. We have favor with God and are able to enter His rest from works only because of the grace found in Jesus. Seek to grow in Godliness and maturity with endurance, setting your hope on Jesus Christ, looking forward to His return”.

Action

“Enter God’s promised rest. Rest from trying to earn salvation through works. Receive the rest found in Jesus, who has provided salvation by grace through faith, not works.

Seek tho mature in faith. Study the Bible, so you can understand and live it in your everyday life.

Endure suffering, and remain faithful to God. Hold tightly to God’s promise of salvation, look hopefully to Jesus’ return, and contunue in godliness.

Strengthen weak or discouraged believers. Guard against the temptation to turn back from following Jesus because of temporary suffering. Remain committed to the Lord.

Pray for leaders. Seek to cooperate with them and be joy to them”.

God invites us into His promised rest, there is nothing to do but believe in His Son, Jesus Christ, for salvation that’s it there is nothing else you can do to get to heaven but believe. May God’s peace be with you today and everyday.

Truth And Action, Ephesians (Part 4)

This is located in the NKJV Spirit-Filled Bible Third Edition. With everything that is going on in the world today I believe it’s imperative that we trust Jesus, the Holy Spirit will help us decern what is of God and what isn’t. It is so important to put on the full armor of God especially in the times we are living, the spiritual warfare is rampant and we believers need to be prepared for battle by praying in the Spirit. In today warfare we Christians need to stand together.

The Walk of Faith

“Put your trust in Jesus, Recieve the Holy Spirit, and stand in faith. Clothe yourself daily with the full armor of God so you can stand against the schemes of the devil. By faith, understand that we are in a real spiritual battle and must be alert, watching in prayer and praying in the Spirit. Be committed to praying for all believers”.

Action

“Trust and believe in Jesus. When you believe in Him, you are sealed with the Holy Spirit. Understand that this is a mark of God’s ownership of you, which brings you under His protection and covering. The Spirit is the down payment of the full inheritance to come.

Put on the whole armor of God. Stand the Victor in the spiritual battle. Pray always with every kind of prayer in the Holy Spirit. Be steadfast and watch, ever praying sacrificial and faithfully”.

I don’t know about you but I love being a child of God knowing that He has my back no matter what, I am never alone. Because I belong to God through Jesus, I know I am protected and covered, the Holy Spirit is only part of the inheritance. That is why it is so important for us to be prepared at all times for battle by putting on the whole armor of God, we should be in the Word of God everyday and be praying for every believer as well. Don’t leave home without armoring up!

Truth And Action, Ephesians (Part 3)

This is located in the NKJV Spirit-Filled Bible Third Edition. Did you know that when you ask Jesus Christ into you heart you become holy. We are holy by the grace of God. Jesus took our sins that kept us in darkness and cleansed us. We choose to believe in the redemptive work of Jesus on that cross. He is the only way to the Father, why because He is the only one that can take our sins and make us holy enough to be in the presence of Our Father. Thank you Jesus.

Pursuing Holiness

“Because of the great love God has for us, He has cleansed us by the blood of Jesus, making us holy by His grace. We cannot earn His forgiveness or become holy through our works. It is by grace through faith in Jesus that we are made righteous. However, God has created us to do good works, things He prepared in advance for us to do. Do the good things God gives you to do, but know that you are holy by His grace.”

Action

” Recieve the assurance of full forgiveness for all the wrong you have done. Because of S] J/mdesus’ blood, shed for you on the cross, you are forgiven and made holy.

“Recieve the rich mercy, great love, and kindness of God in Christ Jesus. Recieve the gift of salvation by grace through faith. Be confident, knowing that God raised you out of death into life and positioned you securely in Christ.”

Be renewed in your heart and mind. Do not live as you did when you did evil things. Put off your old self and put on the new self, created in the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Believe and Recieve, forgiveness, mercy, the greatest love you will ever know, kindness, and your heart and mind are renewed. The amazing grace that God gives us once we except His Son is truly overwhelming. The love God has for us is beyond anything we can imagine, He loved us so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die on a cross so that we could have a way to be with Him. Oh how He loves us! May the Peace of God be with you today and everyday.
