Have you ever played hide n seek in your house at night? You turn off all the lights in the house one person counts while the rest go hide then the person that is it has to find all those that are hiding in the dark. It’s hard to feel around in the dark to find someone that is purposely trying to hide and for those that are hiding in the dark, it can be quite eerie even in your own home. What if it wasn’t a game? Revelation 16:10-11 says that during the tribulation a fifth bowl will be poured out on the throne of the beast. The throne of the beast includes all that have taken the mark of the beast and those that have not excepted Jesus Christ as their Savior during that time, those people will be plunged into a darkness that will be so dark it will be painful and cause sores. I can’t imagine how that would feel to be in darkness so dark that not even the most powerful light on earth can’t penetrate it. There is so much darkness in the world today in the way of corruption, drugs, child porn, human trafficking and so many more things that if I made a list it would take a few years and a lot of paper. The best description I can give is like being in the darkest place you can imagine, it is so dark that you can’t see your hand in front of your face that you are instantly terrified. That isn’t even close to the darkness described in Revelation 16:10-11 this darkness is physical darkness it physically hurts, so much so that it causes sores. Physical darkness that penetrates the soul. That is as close to describing what this darkness is going to be like I don’t believe there are any words that can really describe that kind of darkness. What I do know is that is not something I want to experience I would much rather know Jesus Christ as my Savior now that to take a chance on what is coming. I am not trying to scare anyone I just want you to know what is going to happen during the tribulation and this is only one thing. I beg you to do some research on this. Find a spirit filled church and ask the pastor to explain it in terms you may be able to understand. I will leave you to read and research Revelation 16:10-11 and I pray that your spiritual eyes are open and that you will open your heart to Jesus.

10) Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness, and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain. 11) They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores and did not repent of their deeds.
Have you ever wondered why God would put something on your heart to share with others that you weren’t sure about. Questioning if it is really what God wants me to write about today? And why? Well today is one of those days! God put on my heart to write about Wars and Rumors of Wars and about Famine and Pestilence and to be perfectly honest with you I’m not sure why. I certainly don’t feel qualified to write about this subject. Don’t miss understand me sense I was ten years old and went to my first revival the evangelist preached about the end times and I’ve been fascinated with End Times Prophecy ever sense. You would have thought at that age I would have been terrified but I wasn’t. I knew what he was saying was the truth and it gave me a sense of urgency to tell people about God, His Son and the Holy Spirit even at that age. I didn’t act upon that urgency then and fell away from God a few years later, but that is a whole other story. I’m back on God’s team and fully committed now at age 51 and find myself in the same predicament as I was at age 10 still not knowing enough about this subject to write about it and yet still feeling that same urgency. For me it is obvious what is going on in the world today because of reading the Bible and knowing it to be the truth. There is war and rumors of wars going on all over the world all you have to do is watch the news or read the news paper. I’m not just talking about the secular news either, watch Christian news and you will find the same thing just from a Christian perspective. In the same news you will also hear about country’s in dire need of basic essentials food, water, clothing, and shelter and though these things have been happening for years it has progressively gotten worse just as God’s Word, aka The Bible, predicted. I know there will be people that will scoff at what I’m saying because they don’t believe in God or His Word let a lone His Son or the Holy Ghost. That’s ok because God believes in you and if this gets you to thinking there could be more to what is going on in our would then I hope you will keep an open mind and do some research and read the bible then find a spirit filled church to attend. That’s the beauty of God, He gives us free will to chose if we want to believe or not. We are not forced or coerced in believing in the Holy trinity. God just asks us to have faith. Now I know that I’m way off topic but I felt the need to share that with you and I’m going to leave you with these verses and ask you to read them, ponder them, and study them. I will do the same and just maybe God will reveal to us what he wants us to know as long as we keep an open mind and have a little faith.

Luke 21:11 ” And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
Scripture says, “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). In Colossians 3:21 it similarly says, “Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.”
